CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING IN THE TANNHEIMER VALLEY

Whether classic style or skating, whether beginner or professional - cross-country skiing is always high on the list of the most popular winter activities. Because even if the slopes promise a lot of fun, it doesn't always have to be the classic skiing holiday in the Tannheimer Tal. There is something for everyone on 140 kilometers of cross-country trails: trails for leisurely skiers, competition routes, short tours and cross-country trails with several dozen kilometers of skiing pleasure. On the Gaichtpass circular trail, you can even cross the frozen Haldensee in winter on narrow skis.

And the most beautiful high valley in Europe has another special advantage: Thanks to the altitude, sports enthusiasts can cross-country ski through the Tannheimer Tal from November to spring, which turns into a true winter wonderland year after year thanks to the large amounts of snow.
